Temple Made Foundation was formed to inspire children using fun experiences and imagination, to cultivate healthy lifestyles that support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We believe movement, mindful activities, and healthy eating are essential components of a healthy lifestyle, and we strive to educate kids to embrace these practices as a way of life. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to create a culture of wellness that fosters healthy habits, promotes resilience, and equips children with the tools they need to thrive. Our ultimate goal is to help every child reach their full potential while having FUN, connecting, and embracing each other both inside and outside the classroom!

We show kids
Scientific research reveals the incredible physical benefits of imagination and movement. By engaging in playful activities, our bodies release oxytocin and serotonin, which stabilize moods and activate the kindness chemical.
Through purposeful play and mindful movements, children can release anxieties and foster connections with one another. Our carefully designed programs focus on activities that boost dopamine and serotonin while reducing stress levels, resulting in happier and healthier kids!

in the same seat, in the same room, in the same building, listening to the same voice every. day. Then going home, to play with electronics, watch tv.... wash. rinse. repeat.
Our brains, adult brains, go into autopilot mode without a break, without stimulation... what could possibly happen to a young mind with tons of energy sitting? We interrupt the patterns and infuse young minds with imaginary places, animals, and movements. We inspire kids to breathe, focus, meditate, run, jump, and play. All strategies to interrupt the noise and release energy. The reports from school administrators are happy kids days after our programming AND FOCUSED kids!
