Temple Made Fitness empowers underserved youth by promoting Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and wellness through innovative programs that blend literacy, physical activity, and emotional health. We help students improve reading skills, recognize emotions, and strengthen relationships, fostering academic success. Our movement-based program combines physical fitness with healthy lifestyle activities and events, creating a supportive environment for students to thrive in and out of the classroom.
